Reservation of Seat

The application for a seat at Superclever Chamartín must be made by completing the online form and returning it signed.
The seat will not be reserved until all admission process requirements are completed.
To confirm the reservation of the seat, the non-refundable registration fee must be paid, which includes: 1 textbook and 1 abacus.
Re-enrollment notice for the next academic year must be made before June 20.

Monthly Payment

All payments, and any other amount owed, will be automatically processed by direct debit. A charge of €15 will be applied for each time the bank rejects the payment.
No refund will be given for fees paid in case of absence due to medical reasons or any other cause. Make-up classes will be arranged with the teacher, subject to availability.

Withdrawal

If the minor will stop attending the academy, the center must be informed 1 month in advance (by the 15th of the previous month). In case of non-communication, the monthly fee must be paid.
The center reserves the right to permanently expel students whose behavior warrants such a decision at the discretion of the Director.

Safety Rules

Students are not permitted to leave the center during school hours unless prior authorization is given by parents/guardians.
In the case of young children who are usually picked up by their parents, the school requires written permission from the parents if a different person, unknown to any school staff, will pick up the child.
Our center is not responsible for supervising students left on school premises before or after school hours.
The center is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of students on our premises.

Purpose of data processing: Fulfillment of contractual commitment for the provision of educational services.

Legal basis: The data will be processed for the provision of the services you will receive (art.6.1.b GDPR) and in compliance with legal obligations (art.6.1.c GDPR).

Recipients: Data will not be communicated to third parties unless necessary to achieve the purpose and under legal guarantees.

You can contact the Data Protection Officer and/or exercise your rights to withdraw consent, access, rectify, oppose, delete, or request the limitation and portability of your data at any time by sending a written request indicating in the subject “DATA PROTECTION” to: admin@superclever.es

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.
